SUPER HAMSTER DEATH BALL
My role: Game Designer & 2D Artist
Super Hamster Death Ball is a pitch for a potential mobile game that I designed with my team of four. The idea is a tilt-based game where the player would reek havoc in a spiked hamster ball, running over other animals and structures in their path.
For this project, I focused on making sure our visual hierarchy was unified. With a variety of different people on our team, I wanted our game to have a simple style so anyone could create art assets. I created a color scheme for our artists to follow that pushes the background art back and pulls the characters and important objects forward.
The design emphasizes on gore and violence. I made a sprite sheet for blood effects, and I was also responsible for the character art.
